Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
Prices may change in the future. Any pricing changes will not affect your current billing period.
6. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Due to the digital nature of the service, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee sales, profits, business success, product performance, or specific results.

10. Availability

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Polario during the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification

13. Termination

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
